Get outside. Explore the beauty that Idaho has to offer. Find some great places to start here. The Outdoor Rental Center rents gear at low prices!

Practice mindfulness. Take the time to clear and quiet your brain. Headspace is a great app for this!

Connect your mind and body. Participate in a yoga or exercise class at the Rec. Our just get a workout in!

Connect with others. Find a community outside of the department. It is nice to talk to people who aren't entrenched in academia

Pick a hobby. Find something you love or try something new. Low brain power activities, like knitting or painting, are great options!
